At Galleriagems, each piece is carefully crafted and designed with attention to detail. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, stone patterns, or finishing may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects but rather a unique characteristic of handmade products.

We are committed to delivering quality products and offer return or exchange options under the conditions mentioned below. We offer a 48-hour Return/Exchange policy, which means you must request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • The product must be in its original condition with tags intact.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) is required.
  • An unboxing video showing the original sealed package is mandatory in case of damage or wrong product claims.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

Include:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear images of the product
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Unboxing video (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, you will be provided with the return shipping details.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are required to self-ship the product for returns or exchanges.
  • Shipping charges for return/exchange will not be covered by GemsGalleria.
  • We are not responsible for returns sent without prior approval.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Sale or discounted items
  3. Customized or personalized products.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received the amount, please contact us at contact@galleriagems.com.
